Joseph’s athletic background inspired him to delve into yoga and ancient healing modalities, leading him to train in Osteopathic medicine, advanced cranial sacral and many other bodymind therapies. He built a thriving practice under the mentorship of notable luminaries such as Dr. John Upledger, Dr. Fritz Smith, Dr. Jean-Pierre Barral, Sonam Targee and many more. He further honed his skills in Eastern medicine and advanced energy work techniques in his clinical practice.
However, his groundbreaking approach emerged through his training in the sound healing arts, which blended perfectly with his whole body deep listening approach developed in his Osteopathic practice which emphasized listening to the body with his hands on skills. Today, Joseph's main offering is in the education of others on how to integrate these therapeutic modalities and to listen to the body and mind as an integral whole.
